On the 8th of June we had a wonderful day of painting, laughing and friendship. Our ladies were able to do some free-flow watercolour paintings on the rhythm of some classical music, did some musical chairs swapping of paintings and were able to do some collaborative abstract work on paper. Then we did some acrylic painting, experimenting with blending the colours and using different brushes to find out which ones they preferred for their own painting techniques. Then onto the last medium: oils. This proved to be quite popular and delivered some good results. And all this while some of our number did some decoupage work. Well done, girls. You did me proud.
