WRW2021 - Done and Dusted!

Over the weekend of 8-11 October 2021, we had our annual Women's Recharge Weekend and it was such a wonderfully blessed event. Thank you to our 28 ladies who attended and who made this such a success. You are awesome, ladies!

I am posting some of the photographs taken over the weekend in this blog and I will also post this on my website as soon as I can.

Thank you also to my helpers: Arline Meyer, Anette Joubert, Hannie Maree, Ria Molenhuis, and Melinda Molenhuis for helping me to assist our ladies with the crafts and handing out documentation and/or craft items. You were great. Thanks to Hannie for the beautiful idea of having a memories book which will help me to never forget your kind comments and responses on what we were doing. Thanks also to Ria for helping me bring the participants' boxes, to Hannie for helping me by bringing at least 1/3 of the items which were required to make the weekend something special. Thanks to my husband and Hannie who helped me set everything up. Thanks to Erika for the beautiful mugs, the wordings used on the crafts (from Ps 23), and "Hinds'Feet on High Places". Thanks to Arline for being my right hand during this weekend, my mask police, and my timekeeper and ensuring that I cut down on the content where it was required so we could keep with the program, and also for being my tech support and helping and guiding me with the use of the technology. Thanks to everyone who helped us pack up at the end of the weekend, you helped make the process a lot shorter.

And last, but not least, thanks to Emseni. As always, the facilities were great, the food was good and the gardens provided places where we could just feel safe and free. Thanks to my God for forcing me down this road, it was my first time with such a large group and I learned quite a bit about myself and about how I can improve the experience for everyone. I am looking forward to future weekends.
